http://saneasylumsyndicate.com/ This is the website of production company in Santa Fe which was started by some good friends of mine. I have assisted on several of there films, including camping out for four days near Taos in order to shoot the final scene to there most recent movie "The Pardoner's Tale", based on one of The Canterbury Tales. I have known one of the creators of Sane Asylum Syndicates all of my life, we both became interested in film making at about the same time, so her and her endeavors into feature length and thoughtful film making has and will continue to encourage me to make films.

Weekly Blog Entry 2 8/24-8/30
This is a story board representing the first scene of a movie I would like to make. This film is about my grandfather and his incredible story in the Holocaust. It all starts off in this represented scene, with his father being forced to leave Czechoslovakia to America in order to raise money to bring the rest of the family (him, his mother, and his 8 siblings), and save there lives.

This image is inspiring to me because I can see how each individual picture was put together to make the image as a whole. This relates directly to our first assignment in that we are taking many non-fiction images and artistically combining them together in order to create a complex fictional image.
